In a cooker heat oil add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell goes.
Add onions and fry till translucent.
Add diced tomatoes and salt. Fry for a minute.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon and clove powder. Mix well and fry till nice aroma.
Add washed mutton and curry leaves. Cook on medium flame, mutton will start cooking in tis own juice. When the mutton stars getting dry add little water(approximately 1/2cup) and curd. Close the cooker lid and cook for 4-5 whistles.
If you want to have dry mutton cook till water dry after opening the cooker or else serve as it is juicy mutton.
